Welcome Print E-mail

Welcome to the online ministry of the Siloam Baptist Church. As God’s House of Hope, Healing and Wholeness, we offer this web site as a source of information about our church and inspiration from our faith in a God of love who can do all things.

We encourage you to add this web page to your list of favorites and to visit us often. Our site will plug you in to the people and programs of our church family; and provide many tools for spiritual growth. We also look forward to reading and responding to your comments, questions and prayer requests.

Plan to become a regular part of our on-line community and whenever possible, visit us in person. I know you will be blessed.

“Welcome 2017…Full Speed Ahead!”

January 22, 2017

Happy New Year! Many people were ready to see the end of 2016, but the members of Siloam were eager to usher in 2017 to witness the rise of our new building. The weather has been moderate allowing the construction team to install the roof, external windows, and doors. Hallelujah! If you peek inside, you’ll see the initial framework of the classrooms, meeting rooms, and elevator entrance. What a great sign that we will soon realize our vision to better serve the Norristown community!

As we enter the new year and watch the building construction, it provides great inspiration to regenerate and revive our own lives. Whether it’s physical, emotional or spiritual, God provides a path to “forget the former things; do not dwell on the past. See, he is doing a new thing! Now it springs up; do you not perceive it?” (Isaiah 43:18-19). Let the rise of our new building encourage you to reset your foundation in Christ, to create a clean heart, and renew a steadfast spirit within you for 2017!

Please consider partnering with us in our By Faith, We Build Together campaign. You can make a donation through Siloam BC Online Giving and selecting option “Capital Funds Campaign”.

“By Faith, We Build Together” Faith Confessions

In order to build a building, we must build our faith.

This Faith Confession declares who we are in Christ Jesus and what he does for us.

Say it out loud daily and read the scriptures as a way to build your faith.

• I am a co-laborer with God

-1 Thessalonians 3:2

• I am forgiven by His blood and led by His Spirit

-Ephesians 1:7, Romans 8:14

• I am walking by faith and not by sight

-2 Corinthians 5:7

• I therefore cast all my cares on Jesus

-1 Peter 5:7

• I am getting all my needs met

-Philippians 4:19

• Because I am a child of the Living God

-John 1:12

We’re praying that you will be strengthen and grounded in love so that Christ will continuously dwell in your heart.
